在工作中低溫流體介質通過管道在壓力作用下進入其輸入口,真空泵沿著加熱容器內部特定換熱流道,運用流體熱力學原理設計的路徑,帶走電熱元件工作中所產生的高溫熱能量,使被加熱介質溫度升高,加熱器出口得到工藝要求的高溫介質。加熱器內部控制系統依據輸出口的溫度傳感器信號自動調節電加熱器輸出功率,使輸出口的介質溫度均勻;當發熱元件超溫時,發熱元件的獨立的過熱保護裝置立即切斷加熱電源,避免加熱物料超溫引起結焦、變質、碳化,嚴重時導致發熱元件燒壞,活性炭有效延長電加熱器使用壽命。
